Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, E1, Hyperion Planning will be helpful
Project management, financial analysis, financial modeling, and synergy savings forecasting
Perform return on investment analysis and justifications for manufacturing site investment and cost reduction projects
Strong business partnership, project management, and financial modeling - partnering heavily with BTO, Global Operations, Finance & Accounting, and other cross-functional teams
Interface effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with all levels of the organization
Demonstrate judgment, tact, and subtlety in dealing with internal customers
Possess problem solving skills and be results oriented
Ad-hoc tasks & analysis will be a routine part of this position
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required
5+ years of business partnership in a finance role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical / problem-solving and financial modeling skills
Ability to work with minimal direction while performing a variety of complex and non-routine tasks
Advanced Excel skills and ability to pull and analyze data is a must
