About you

To join us, you must share our entrepreneurial spirit, agile mindset, collaborative nature and drive for sustainability. In addition, you’ll need to be willing to take risks, learn in new environments and move across different locations. We’re globally connected and operate across continents and time zones. You’ll be a fluent English speaker (who can ideally speak a second language).

In terms of education, you’ll need a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in a relevant discipline such as Agronomy, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics. Experience (up to three years) in a high-performing environment would be an advantage.

We’re also looking for strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse supply, demand and trade flow fundamentals. Resourceful, creative and versatile, you’ll be keen to learn and contribute to the team. That calls for strong interpersonal skills, an international mindset and a mature, professional approach. It’s important you can integrate into different cultures and forge collaborative links.

Finally, you’ll need to be organised and detail-conscious with an eye for detail. You should also be comfortable negotiating and making decisions.
