About The Role

This is a supportive role focused on customer engagement and coordination, essential for the success of our auditing team. Are you ready for a diverse support role? Here's what you'll be doing :

  • Engage with customers : ensure our customers have valid and up-to-date contracts, considering all commercial and technical requirements.
  • Support : be a key point of contact for a selected group of auditors and customers within the sector, providing essential support.
  • Ensure : optimize the utilization of auditors and minimize their travel time.
  • Contribute : coordinate between auditors and customers, directly influencing customer satisfaction.
  • System expert : work daily with various systems to serve our customers and act as our expert.
  • Food specialist : gain and maintain knowledge of food certification schemes.
