About the Role - Lead and develop Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficiency and service excellence. Manage service contracts, budgets, and invoicing while optimizing operational performance. Strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth. Oversee resource allocation, work preparation, and compliance with Health & Safety standards. Act as Deputy to the Head of Customer Service for Benelux / Germany.
Responsibilities
Qualifications - Essential : Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, team management experience, strong MS Office proficiency, and fluency in English. Desirable : Health & Safety certification, budget management skills, and experience in automation.
Pay range and compensation package - Up to 7400EUR
