Senior Revenue Manager / Revenue Director

1. Establish and improve the revenue management system, guide pricing strategies, monitor user booking patterns, develop user profiles, effectively consider costs and sales, and timely adjust revenue strategies to maintain a reasonable balance between profit and business growth.

2. Closely understand global business needs and develop matching revenue strategies based on the business development stages of different markets.

3. Solidify analytical thinking and frameworks, identify business issues and pain points, drive business decisions through data analysis, and optimize operational efficiency and product logic.

4. Explore more viable profit models and products.

• Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of experience in revenue management.

2. Degree in data analysis or related field, proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and VBA.

3. Strong ambition and learning ability, capable of independent thinking and possessing foresight in business judgment.

4. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language.

5. Experience in revenue management within the travel industry, such as airlines or hotels, is preferred.

6. Team management experience is required.

7. Fluent in both Chinese and English
