Job Description

  • Leverage your industry network to identify and secure business opportunities for new and existing clients;
  • Collaborate with leading cloud CRM providers to build a joint commercial pipeline;
  • Advise clients on tech-enabled business transformations within the Digital and B2B Customer domain, focusing on Microsoft and Salesforce CRM solutions;
  • Work with cross-functional teams in Customer Strategy, E-commerce, and Marketing to foster innovation and enhance overall client engagement;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to build long-lasting relationships with key accounts during and after delivering high-quality CRM solutions.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Manufacturing CRM Market Maker :

  • Proven experience in the Energy, Resources, and Industrial Products industry, with expertise in process and / or discrete manufacturing;
  • An established network in Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, or Customer Strategy;
  • Proficiency in leading CRM implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce (or equivalent);
  • Demonstrated experience in advising on digital transformations and implementing tech solutions;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience working with leading multinational companies

    Your experience and network will help you to build a strong commercial pipeline together with the experts in key Sales and Service domains as Pricing, Sales Strategy, Service excellence, Contact Centers and Field Service. You will advise clients during CRM selection processes, lead the design and implementation of digital transformation independently and as member of an account team. Your focus is on clients in the process and discrete manufacturing. Their tech enabled digital transformations are supported by platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in your commercial role you will manage multiple client engagements and build strong client relationships.
