Your role :
- Define, manage and lead sustainability strategy for EuroNorth in alignment with WW 3DS sustainability strategy
- Define road map and implement action plans and processes to enhance sustainability performance for ESG and ISO 50001 topics in line with 3DS objectives and ISO 50001 targets
- Define objectives for each site based on 3DS Sustainability strategy applicable to EuroNorth and oversee their delivery
- Report progress to stakeholders at corporate and EuroNorth Geo level
- Be a contact person for internal and external stakeholders for sustainability topics
- Engage and communicate regularly on sustainability topics with employees in EuroNorth to raise awareness
- Follow up on local regulations related to sustainability, review potential incentives relevant for company projects
- Establish regular exchange with landlord's sustainability point of contacts, follow up on their planning, improvements and compliance with local regulations
- Work closely with 3DS facilities team members and be involved in any purchase of equipment with electric consumption, maintenance planning, refurbishment and installations
- Engage in technical installations and maintenance in offices across EuroNorth
- Collaborate with Procurement team on defining requirements / standards for services and items
- Responsibility for facilities support (technical expertise) for Benelux offices, advisory support for the Facilities team in Benelux
