Description
As a Claim & Warranty Specialist, you are responsible for managing and optimizing warranty claims within our international network. You will handle claims and escalate them to suppliers, playing a vital role in streamlining processes and maintaining our ticket portal.
Your main tasks include :
- Handling warranty claims and managing the associated financial processes.
- Escalating claims to suppliers and ensuring agreements are followed.
- Reviewing contracts to accurately assign claims to the appropriate parties.
- Reporting quality issues and coordinating escalations with the procurement department.
- Assisting in clearing backlogs and professionalizing the warranty department.
- Monitoring vehicle performance during the warranty period and proactively contributing to improvements.
- Most of your work is conducted via our advanced ticket portal, with minimal phone communication. The primary language of communication is English, supplemented with Dutch when necessary.
