Key Responsibilities :
Apply experience with global vendor machinery in relevant production activities.Develop method statements and risk assessments in collaboration with the construction team.Prepare comprehensive reports, including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off lists, and tender schedules.Draft technical and contractual documentation for tender issuance.Analyse returned tenders for evaluation and decision-making.Maintain and update the delivery schedule to ensure timely material and equipment arrivals.Address queries by liaising with the Design team through the Request for Information (RFI) system.Track progress against the project program and provide regular progress reports.Create look-ahead programs to support production planning.Conduct quality control checks, inspections, and snagging to ensure project standards are met.Manage document control processes, including recording and transmitting information effectively.Undertake any other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager as required.Qualifications :
Degree in Engineering or similar.5+ years' experiencing working in within a Contractor or Consultancy.Experience of working in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferable.
