Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and well-connected Investor Relations and Fundraising Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing the company’s presence in the Netherlands and Europe, raising capital for our India-focused fund, and building strong, lasting relationships with European investors. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization and take a leadership role in our European expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
Investor Relations Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with European institutional and high-net-worth investors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and manage the communication strategy.
Fundraising Strategy and Execution :
Lead the fundraising efforts for the new fund focused on investing in India, from strategy development to execution.Identify and approach potential investors, including private equity firms, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).Market Development and Networking :
Leverage existing strong networks in Europe and globally to promote the fund and raise capital.Establish new relationships with European financial institutions, family offices, and private wealth managers.Qualifications : Experience :
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development within the asset management, private equity, or venture capital sectors.Proven track record of raising funds from institutional and high-net-worth investors in Europe, particularly with a focus on emerging markets or India .Prior experience in establishing or managing funds in Europe is highly preferred.Strong understanding of the investment landscape in India and European regulations related to cross-border fund management.
