In this position you will be responsible for handling all Measurement Solutions business with a defined portfolio of End User accounts to achieve the agreed orders, sales and profitability targets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the necessary relationships with key stakeholders in existing customers and target new accounts to effectively position each product line and value offering.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

  • Achieve Sales, Bookings and Gross Profit targets for the full Measurement Solutions Portfolio within the agreed account portfolio.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business, needs, language and actively promote suitable products and solutions to address these needs.
  • Constantly expand a network of contacts across the accounts, identifying the relevant stakeholders for positioning the different value messages across all product lines.
  • Understand the competitive environment at each account and develop strategies to displace competition and defend Emerson’s position.
  • Negotiate with customers relevant business contracts.

For This Role, You Will Need :

  • STEM degree or comparable Technical education.
  • Minimum year of relevant in experience selling technologies to customers in similar industries.
  • Excellent persuasion skills and ability to connect with all levels of the customer’s organization.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Dutch.
  • Willingness to travel (% to % of time) within the Netherlands.
  • Driving license.
