Background

We are on the lookout for a Change Lead that will create value through a relevant market and / or retailer change journey and will support the local teams during their individual journeys.

Scope of the Consultant Services

As a dedicated project member towards a retailer and their respective markets, you define - and co-drive with your retailer counterpart - the change journey and its activities for the respective markets.

Main Tasks in the Assignment

Define, develop and maintain a change management approach and toolkit, based on best practice.
Enable the market transition journey(s) through effective hands-on change management.
Connect with stakeholders and maintain high quality relationships with different levels of the receiving organization.
Document change approach and activities, and make relevant know-how available.
Support project leaders in a successful market transition journey.
As part of the wider change team, be the spokesperson for retailer change.

Desired Knowledge, Experience, etc.

Experienced in leading change in a global environment.

Proven experience with ERP migrations.

Proven experience in harmonizing / globalizing processes.

Strong understanding of product-oriented development and project implementation.

Strong communicator, able to bring conceptual discussions down to concrete change activities.

Job Type : Contract

Pay : Up to €400,00 per hour
