We are looking for an IT Support Specialist!

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As an IT Support Specialist , you will be responsible for providing technical support to onsite and remote employees, as well as third-party vendors. You will also assist with onboarding new employees and third parties, perform hardware installations and maintenance, manage IT purchasing, and provide support for 3D / video-related inquiries whenever possible.

You will be joining our small but highly proficient IT team, working with our IT manager in The Netherlands and our IT Manager in Romania.

What will you be doing?

IT support for onsite and remote employees and third parties
Support with onboarding new onsite and remote employees and third parties
Support with Laptop / Workstation / Server installation and maintenance
Support with IT purchasing
Support with 3D / video / audio media related inquiries where possible

Who are you?

Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar job / work environment.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure.

Proficient in networking protocols, particularly TCP / IP.

Familiarity with Windows, MAC, and Linux operating systems.

Strong hardware knowledge for PC workstations, servers, and laptops.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a hands-on mentality.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluent in English, preferably also Dutch (not mandatory).

Bonus skills :

Knowledge of dedicated storage platforms.

Knowledge of creative industry software, such as products from Adobe and Autodesk, and respective software licensing.

Experience in the CG, video production, and / or SaaS industry.
