We welcome candidates with diverse levels of experience for this role, including those that are eager to learn about Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

We're searching for a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a unique skill set, someone who is eager to learn and seeks to enhance their own abilities and those of the company. If taking initiative comes as second nature to you and you relish in leading the charge to find solutions and bring forth fresh ideas, then you might be the perfect fit for us.

Key responsibilities

  • Build up CI culture by coaching & training function managers and shopfloor employees.
  • Execution of SQDCP improvement projects, leading process improvement projects with CI tools (Lean, TPM, 6-Sigma).
  • Train and coach functional managers and CI Pillar leaders on supporting CI Projects and Methodology.
  • Support the process of “Best Practice Sharing” management and coordinate horizontal expansion.
  • Perform process audits and support 5S / Visual Management / Standardized work / TPM activities.
  • Support / conduct training on CI tools (TPM, Lean & 6-Sigma).
  • Be part of the local CI Steering Committee.

You bring these skills, experience & education

  • Completed studies in mechanical / industrial engineering - preferred.
  • Further education courses in Continuous Improvement methodologies : Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Operational Excellence (OpEx).
  • Knowledge of optimization of production processes and shop floor management.
  • Knowledge of project management and facilitation of workshops.
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good level of English.
