This role will oversee Facility Management services, third-party contractors, and SLAs while ensuring regulatory compliance, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and managing service level metrics with local stakeholders. Job Description
- Oversee Facility Management services, third-party contractors, and SLAs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and legislation.
- Provide strategic input and advice to senior management.
- Set and manage service level metrics and targets with local stakeholders.
- Handle procurement, vendor management, and contracts, focusing on cost-effective, high-quality services, including Security contracts.
- Serve as a center of excellence for ESG / FM Services across central offices and affiliates.
- Maintain high service standards to support operations and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure performance metrics are met.
- Align with NL Facility Management functions, including Security and Health & Safety.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues and optimize spending.
- Actively engage in global Property / Facilities initiatives and support cross-functional efforts.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for security and safety operations.
- Collaborate with the UK FM Director to prioritize and address on-site FM issues.
- Maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Facility Manager should have :
A degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field.Proven experience of at least 8 years in facility management or a relevant position.Proven experience in office refurbishment of a 200 FTE+ location; experience with office relocation is a strong plus.Well-versed in technical / engineering operations and facilities management best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.Strong planning and leadership abilities.Living in the Amsterdam area.What's on Offer
