The job

As the social ads specialist, you'll be in charge of creating and implementing a successful social media strategy on all relevant channels and accounts (paid and organic). Your daily work will include tasks like these :

  • Handle channel implementation and community management
  • Make paid advertising campaigns across platforms (always ensure alignment with marketing objectives)
  • Optimise performance by adjusting targeting parameters, budgets, ad creatives and monitor brand, performance, app-install and dynamic feed campaigns
  • Track and measure KPI’s to improve performance
  • Evaluate campaign data to measure ROI and engagement and make data-driven decisions for upcoming campaigns
  • Give agency and in-house creative teams clear guidance on the best performing and necessary assets and specs in order to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns
  • Your qualifications

  • You speak and write Dutch (preferably) and English fluently (at least B2).
  • 2-3 years experience in paid social ads.
  • Knowledge and understanding of tools like Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Coosto.
  • A basic understanding of A / B testing, attribution and tracking principles.
  • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creative affinity.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
