What will your mission be?

As a key contributor to our innovative Product Development team, your primary objective will be to explore and unlock the full nutritional potential of our insect-based ingredients, driving sustainable solutions for animal nutrition. By leveraging your scientific background and analytical skills, you will support the development of high-quality products aligned with our strategic vision. Your role will involve conducting research, collaborating across teams, and providing data-driven insights to advance our product offerings. Through your work, you will contribute to shaping the future of sustainable nutrition and solidifying our position as an industry frontrunner.

What will be your responsibilities?

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in advancing the understanding and application of insect-based ingredients in animal nutrition. From contributing to studies on digestibility and health benefits for pets, fish, and livestock, to investigating innovative applications in animal feed, your work will directly impact product development. You’ll analyze experimental data, maintain detailed research records, and support projects by organizing laboratory analyses, preparing product samples, and compiling scientific literature.

In addition to hands-on research, you will manage scheduling, meetings, and documentation to ensure projects run smoothly. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory to align findings with company goals and share updates effectively. Committed to growth and innovation, you’ll stay current on emerging research and contribute to improving analytical and reporting processes, helping us lead the way in sustainable nutrition.

Who are you?

• Master’s degree in animal nutrition, biology, or a related field.
• Eager to kick-start your career in a pioneering, innovative company.
• Proactive and curious mindset, passionate about exploring insect-based ingredients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Organized and capable of managing diverse tasks, including research, data analysis, and operational support.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work at our head office (Den Bosch) and factory (Bergen op Zoom).
