Director – Regulatory Data Management (PR / 520693) North Brabant, Netherlands

As Director – Regulatory Data Management , you will :

  • Lead Data Governance Initiatives : Ensure high-quality, compliant regulatory data, aligned with industry standards and global guidelines.
  • Deliver Consultancy Expertise : Support clients with process optimization, data remediation, vendor selection, and system implementation.
  • Innovate with Technology : Enhance internal tools and implement tech-enabled services to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage and Develop Teams : Act as a coach and line manager, supporting team members’ growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve data quality to ensure compliance and accurate regulatory reporting.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory information management tools and platforms.
  • Lead data migration and system implementation projects for clients.
  • Actively track and implement updates on regulatory guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve technical solutions.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory data management and regulatory affairs, with strong knowledge of electronic submissions and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proven expertise in data governance, data remediation, and information management systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • A passion for data quality and process optimization.
  • Affinity with technology and automation tools; experience with software development is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
