For our supply chain department we are looking for a proactive and accurate

Supply Chain Engineer

As a Supply Chain Engineer you will be continuously upgrading the supply chain processes in order to make sure the supply chain keeps its focus on innovation & customer excellence and exceed the customer expectations. You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

  • Operational implementation of the supply chain strategy
  • Project management of multiple supply chain projects
  • Project based implementing process improvements throughout the disciplines of purchase, logistics & warehousing
  • Analyzing processes, procedures & systems and identify improvements
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements
  • Maximize process efficiency and productivity
  • Taking part in other (corporate) projects

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Taking initiative, structural, communicative, flexible and proactive
  • Very strong problem solving skills
  • Functional knowledge of an ERP, WMS, MRP and BI software is an advantage
  • Very good command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage
  • Travelling expected to production and / or warehouse sites
