Senior National Account Manager – Fresh Produce | Premium Global Brand

Office Based / Hybrid Role – South Holland

Up to €110k + Company Car + 15% Bonus + Benefits

  • This role covers the Netherlands, Baltics , and the broader Northern European region.
  • Play a key role in shaping commercial strategy and strengthening customer partnerships.

The role : Senior National Account Manager

  • Be a key player in the commercial team, reporting to the European Senior Commercial Director.
  • Lead growth across major grocery retailers in the Netherlands, Baltics, and Northern Europe.
  • Own the full P&L and drive strategy for top accounts, from national chains to international retailers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch promotions, optimise pricing, and bring new products to market.
  • Represent the brand at major trade fairs, building deeper retail partnerships and exploring innovation.
  • A dynamic role : 70% account management, 30% new business — perfect for a commercial leader who loves both growing relationships and breaking new ground.
  • Ideal candidate :

  • Proven track record in a Senior KAM / NAM / BDM role within fresh produce or chilled FMCG, managing top-tier grocery retailers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of European retail landscapes (experience with customers like Albert Heijn, Edeka, Jumbo, Lidl, Carrefour, REWE, or similar would-be a plus).
  • Ability to drive commercial strategy with autonomy and impact.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a bonus).
  • Experience managing P&Ls and building joint business plans in a structured, international organisation.

  • 100,000 – €110,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • Company car + fuel card
  • 15% bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits including pension & private healthcare
  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week based in South Holland HQ , 2 days WFH, plus 1–2 monthly customer visits with occasional international travel.
