We are looking for you as  HR Manager (m / f / d)  for the Netherlands, based in our Head Office in Amsterdam.

We are JD  - one of the leading multi-channel retailers for sneakers, sports fashion and outdoor brands with over 90,000 employees in 36 countries and 4,500 stores. In Germany, we are represented with over 90 shops and 2,000 employees.

Your tasks

  • Management responsibility for the People Reward, People Development & Operations team
  • Responsibility for personnel administration and contract management for all employees in our stores and in the head office in the Netherlands
  • Responsibility for preparatory payroll accounting for our external service provider
  • Designing and optimising processes in operational HR, e.g. to improve HR data quality or make internal processes more efficient
  • Regular reporting, e.g. budget planning also in cooperation with the Head Quarter in the UK or preparation of data analyses for various stakeholders

What you bring with you

  • A degree in economics or a comparable qualification, e.g. completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • Relevant professional experience in personnel administration / people operations
  • Management experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in the retail sector
  • You have both strategic foresight and a hands-on mentality to drive operational processes with your team
  • Ideally, you are very familiar with MS 365 in order to utilise the full potential of the tools it contains
  • Strong knowledge of labour and social security law
  • Very good written and spoken Dutch and English language skills
