How you will contribute
- Ensure correct paperwork (DG) is created and issued.
- Advise on safe storage and transport of dangerous goods.
- Monitor compliance with dangerous goods regulations.
- Prepare annual reports on storage and transport of dangerous goods.
- Ensure all site training requirements are met, including new projects.
- Assist with course development, instructional design, and training material.
- Coordinate all training requests / needs within the site.
- Report training progress (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Provide process and non-operational training (e.g., induction AFS, EHS).
- Maintain all training records in applicable software programs.
- Represent the Training department in OPS meetings.
- Perform and participate in Kaizen Projects.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Trained IATA / ADR / IMDG or willing to be trained. HBO level knowledge & experience.2-3 years of progressive experience in quality, environment, health, and safety management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.Knowledge of logistics operations and practices is an advantage.Extensive knowledge of MS365Office and other relevant applications.Preferred language : Dutch (due to regulatory compliance linked to Dutch law).Experience delivering training.Instructional design knowledge.Excellent communication skills.Excellent operational skills.Experience leading teams (not currently required but may be in the future).J-18808-Ljbffr
