Job Title : Product Manager – Public Sector (Dutch Speaking)

Join our dynamic public sector product team and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that impact local communities. We’re seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to strengthen our team and ensure the successful execution of the 2024-2025 public roadmap. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead product discovery efforts , conducting thorough market and user research to inform product development and strategic decisions.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories .
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business units, to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and data to guide the product lifecycle and roadmap development.
  • Champion the Agile methodology , fostering a collaborative and iterative approach to product development.
  • Maintain a customer-focused and data-driven mindset , ensuring products deliver measurable value to end users.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) to communicate with stakeholders effectively and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market and user research and apply insights to guide product discovery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness to align product decisions with business goals.
  • Skilled at writing clear product requirements and creating actionable user stories .
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments , with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience collaborating with technology and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
