What you will do

Client Engagement & Delivery :

  • Conduct  digital landscape assessments  for procurement functions, identifying current capabilities and gaps.
  • Facilitate  digital garage workshops  to uncover opportunities and co-create innovative solutions.
  • Develop tailored  digital roadmaps , including strategies for AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Provide thought leadership on  data and AI-driven procurement transformation  to create resilient, adaptive, and cost-effective supply chains.

Strategic Insights & Market Knowledge :

  • Screen and analyze emerging technologies, tools, and trends in the digital procurement and supply chain space.
  • Present insights and solutions at  external GEP events  and client-facing forums to establish GEP as a leader in digital procurement transformation.

    • Team Development & Collaboration :

  • Mentor and upskill GEP colleagues in  digital capabilities , fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding results.

    • What you should bring

  • Background :  Extensive consulting experience in  procurement  or  digital transformation  with a focus on digital tools, AI, or data-driven strategies.
  • Skills :  Expertise in digital strategy development, data analysis, and market insight.
  • Experience :  Proven ability to work across diverse industries, delivering strategic digital solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Leadership :  Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead client workshops, speak at events, and inspire internal teams.
  • Location :  Based in  Amsterdam  or willing to relocate
  • Passion :  A genuine interest in driving innovation in procurement and supply chain through cutting-edge technology.
