As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online visibility and performance of our digital properties for more then 30+ markets. Leveraging your expertise in technical SEO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website infrastructure, improve crawlability, and enhance user experience.

This matches you as enthusiastic SEO-specialist. For 32-40 hours per week, you :

  • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website performance and search engine rankings. Optimize website structure, speed, and performance to enhance crawlability and indexing.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO-friendly site architectures and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, creating dashboards and analytics platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO, including algorithm updates and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and conversions.

In addition, you can easily translate your technical expertise to other non-technical stakeholders, improving and inspiring our teams and the business toward more data-driven growth possibilities

You will be joining the Digital Marketing team within the Digital department. Your role will involve representing organic traffic and you’ll become part of the team with all our paid channel specialists. However, most of your stakeholders will be outside of this team, as you will collaborate extensively with the Development, Solutions, Category, and Content teams. This way, you’ll have the best of both worlds!

Digital commerce is globally accelerating, and so are the technical challenges for search engines. Consequently, as a technical SEO specialist you are a proud data-nerd with a solution-oriented and innovative mindset. On top of it, you have :

  • Proven experience as a Technical SEO Specialist (4+ years)
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO principles and best practices. (HTML, CSS, and server-side configurations.)
  • Passion for website audits and translating this to technical optimisations
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Jetoctopus, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for excellent stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with headless migrations, single-page applications, and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites
