The goal is to establish an European market leader in a fragmented industry, hence organizational development, digitalization and process optimization are key focus areas.

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to support the new Treasury system implementation and cash pool rolling out projects. The contract will be fixed term of 6 months and with possibility of extension. Start date is as soon as possible.

What you will do :

  • Manage the process of implementation of the new TMS and coordinate with the TMS implementation partner (External consultant) with agreed project time line and deliverables
  • Deliver a weekly project progress report
  • Responsible for collecting and input of all necessary master data for TMS
  • Responsible for input of all necessary deals / transactions in TMS (historical and new)
  • Responsible for drafting the new process flows and documentation related to the new TMS with all functionalities
  • Assist the Group Treasurer with initiatives involving the finance department of countries to make use of new TMS for cash management, intercompany loan administration etc.
  • Train the new users in the affiliated companies in different countries
  • Work in coordination with the accounting department, and external consultants to establish the interface between the TMS and ERP systems
  • Assist Group Treasurer with the ongoing cash pool project, including documentation, coordination with affiliated countries, KYC etc, Citi Direct training for all different payment methods
  • Other ad hoc treasury tasks

Requirements

  • BA / MSc or equivalent degree with a focus on finance
  • At least 5 years of Treasury or comparable professional experience
  • Knowledge of cash pool, intercompany loans, external loans and guarantees
  • Knowledge of treasury system and bank portal
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
