Key Responsibilities :

• Managing key financial tasks such as bank reconciliations, direct debits, credit control, and processing payments.
• Assisting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings, along with audits and budget preparations.
• Preparing various financial reports, as well as providing ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Ensuring VAT compliance by calculating and submitting VAT returns.
• Overseeing the company car management policy and insurance portfolio.
• Monitoring and enhancing internal financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Setting up workflows for smarter and more efficient data processing.
