The job profile

The goal of the internal audit role is to further improve the internal control environment within the group worldwide, solidify the reliability of financial reporting, and monitor compliance. The role oversees a portfolio of 13 operating companies and a total of 80 legal entities worldwide.

The ideal candidate

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting;
• NBA registered (and as such a completed RA / RO study or international equivalent);
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in an international manufacturing environment; IFRS knowledge is required;
• Well-developed analytical skills : self-propelling and curious, able to prepare structured and crisp hypotheses and analyses using the available data and reports;
• Synthesizing skills : able to summarize significant amounts of information and reports into key messages for communication to internal and external stakeholders;
• A structured working approach as well as a high degree of accuracy;
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Open to international travel.
