We are seeking a Chief of Design to drive technical excellence and oversee product specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and manage vehicle product specifications, guiding development teams towards successful project outcomes.
• Supervise and approve design processes, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the certification team and regulatory bodies (e.g., EASA) to achieve necessary approvals.
• Lead and mentor Design Engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the development process.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance product performance and manufacturability.
• Support continuous research and integration of emerging technologies to maintain industry leadership.
