Demand Planner

For our office in Zeist, we are looking for a full-time Demand Planner. The Demand Planner is responsible for owning, facilitating, and the administration of local company sales forecasting and demand management. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, customer service, marketing, and production planning.

Main Responsibilities :

• Analyze historical demand, filter out outliers, and identify the best statistical forecasting algorithms.
• Enrich the base statistical forecast with timely and accurate market intelligence data.
• Execute the local S&OP process and facilitate monthly Demand Review Meetings.
• Serve as the local interface to the central demand planning hub within the global demand planning framework.
• Generate new product forecasts using historical substitution, scenario planning techniques, and like modelling as agreed with Marketing and Category Management.
• Understand the impact of customer buying patterns.
• Effectively communicate with and engage customers on operational issues.
• Provide central hyper-care support immediately after ERP go-live.
