Internship : Finance Controlling Intern

Are you passionate about Finance and always wanted to work in an international environment? Do you have an eye for detail and numbers? Then apply now and join our highly motivated & international finance team as our new Finance Controlling Intern in Zoetermeer factory, starting mid March 2025!

You will have the opportunity to support our Finance Controlling team and gain valuable experience on the essentials of operations finance. As a Finance Controlling Intern, you will be involved in month-end-closures activities, coordinating intercompany cross-charges, performing FTE checks and assisting with reporting in financial tools such as Tagetik and Power BI.

Key responsibilities of this role are :

Support during monthly closures – status update on production orders to departments, report monthly volumes, book journal entries.
Support on various reporting improvements in FTE / people costs area.
Perform intercompany cross-charges - aligning with different counterparts on cross charges and process them in the tool.
Report industrial and logistic costs in Tagetik and update departmental costs in Power BI .

About you

You are a Bachelor / Master student in the field of Finance / Business Administration or any other related studies, you have an analytical mindset, great attention to detail and you have a good affinity with data analysis and reporting. On top of that, you are proactive, collaborative and a fast learner who is also proficient in Excel (knowledge of SAP is a plus).

Compulsory requirements :

Enrolled as a Bachelors / Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);

Ideally available to start in September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

You are fluent in English - oral and written;

You are able to work from Zoetermeer office 2-3 times per week.

Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros and a home working allowance / contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and / or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
