Your start and responsibilities :

Unique training program in the first weeks, followed by hands-on experience on the floor to quickly become familiar with our field;

Collaborate with an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build a network with professionals;

Identify the needs and preferences of candidates and ensure the right match;

Develop knowledge of the job market and learn how to best advise candidates during the selection process;

Guide your candidates through the interview and contract process;

Work with your Recruitment Consultant to close your own deals;

Participate in weekly meetings with your team to discuss emerging trends, effects, and analyses you have observed in the job market.
