We are looking for a Organisational Development and Transformation Expert. This permanent role reports to the HR Director Transformation, OD and Matrix Organisation, and the position can be located in any of Sanoma Learning countries : Netherlands, Finland, Poland, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Norway or Spain.

About the role

This role will be pivotal in working closely with HRD T&OD as well as the Chief HR Officer of Sanoma Learning in coordinating, managing and aligning the HR governance, transformation, change and restructuring planning, prioritization and strategic tasks related to Sanoma Learning management team and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist in implementation of transformation and organisation development projects that are aligned with our strategic goals, supporting our growth and benefiting from our scale, while enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights, analysis and recommendations to structure, organize and align the appropriate information level to the senior leadership and the Board on various HR processes, programs and initiatives.
  • Business Casing : Develop and assist in presenting business cases for programs and initiatives with people related implications.
  • Conceptual and analytical support to our 3 C (culture, competence, cost) approach in managing people related change efforts.
  • Prepare materials such as presentations, reports, and documents for review and approval.
  • Build a common HR reporting and dashboard structure for Sanoma Learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in strategic consulting with projects that included org design, change management, analytics, and involved frequent management / executive updates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach, along with strategic mindset and with a track record of delivering impactful business outcomes.
  • Experience in project management and working with senior executives is highly valued.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask, adapt to various situations, and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
