Wat ga je doen?
We are looking for production workers to work in the Bavaria bottling plant!
What exactly will you be doing?
In Bavaria's Bottling Plant, empty cans and bottles are filled using state-of-the-art machines. When these machines malfunction, it is your job to solve them together with your colleagues. You also perform quality checks to make sure the correct cardboard is around the cans and bottles and that the correct numbers and coding have been applied.
At shift change, you report to your colleague to ensure a proper handover. Therefore, it is important that you always arrive half an hour in advance for changing and walking to your workstation.
We understand that you need time in the beginning to learn new skills. Therefore, we offer an apprenticeship of about four weeks, depending on the machine and your previous experience.
In the Bottling Plant, we always work a 3-shift schedule with the following working hours :
Early shift : 06 : 00-14 : 00 hours
Late shift : 14 : 00-22 : 00 hours
Night shift : 22 : 00-06 : 00 hours
For work between 18 : 00 and 06 : 00 you will receive an extra shift bonus on top of your basic wage of €13.27 per hour.
