The People & Culture Consultant owns the following four HR services from the HR service portfolio :
HR Strategy by Area : The P&C Consultant translates SAP's HR strategy into strategic people programs and initiatives and supports the development of people plans in line with business goals together with the HR strategy team by supporting the business leadership to define a People Agenda, supporting roll-out of HR programs and initiatives to support the People Agenda, monitoring / adjusting these initiatives.
Local Total Rewards programs : The P&C Consultant supports team and organization Total Rewards activities and consults HR leaders to better understand their specific challenges and how to build effective TR programs in place, taking into consideration the organizational culture and employee engagement. The P&C Consultant supports the HR leadership to identify TR challenges, drives local TR team & organizational initiatives, and monitors their effectiveness.
Transformation Management : The P&C Consultant supports the business during the transformation to THE cloud company, supporting cross-functional projects by managing change and transformation from a consultative and legal perspective. The P&C Consultant identifies the change need and impact, supports the design and relevant plans / initiatives for change needs and helps to drive the change agenda by partnering with the business.
