Site Subcontracts Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Site Subcontracts Manager to support one of our client on a E PC Project, for the construction of a Carbon Capture Project in Rotterdam.

The Site Subcontracts Manager shall join the Site Management Team at the construction site      , during the construction works, until completion of the construction works.

The mains tasks and duties are :

• Contractual and commercial management of construction subcontracts : Civil Work, Mechanical works (Piping installation, Steel Structure erection, Equipment installation, Piping & Equipment insulation, painting), Electrical & Instrumentation works
• Claim avoidance and Management
• Filing of all correspondence and weekly meetings with each subcontractor,
• Change Order management : Evaluation, negotiation and formalization of all changes / extra work orders on site,
• Cost reporting for site related cost,
• Weekly Progress measurement and approval of monthly progress Payment,
• Quantity tracking, coordination of re-measurement
• Subcontract closeout including as built quantities.
