Your responsibilities

  • Build strong connections : Establish and nurture relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Uncover new opportunities : Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Accelerate growth : Contribute to our growth in the German automotive landscape by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leverage automotive passion : Utilize your passion for all things automotive to connect with customers and understand their needs.
  • Drive sales excellence : Serve as the linchpin in our pursuit of sales excellence through effective communication and strategic sales initiatives.

  • Who are you?

  • You have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree : in Sales, International Business, or a related field.
  • You master the German language : at a native level (C2).
  • You are self-motivated : with the drive to push boundaries and exceed targets.
  • You are commercially minded : and communicate easily.
  • You can communicate with colleagues in English : (minimum B2 level).
  • You enjoy working in an international team.
  • You can keep an overview : in a growing organization that is constantly on the move.
