Senior Validation Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Validation Manager to lead and expand a team focused on the validation, characterisation, and firmware / software development of our client products.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive revolutionary planning, coordination, mixed-signal characterisation, systems and algorithms development, and the prototyping of new testing methods.
Key Responsibilities as the Senior Validation Manager :
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of engineers.
- Develop hardware, software, and firmware for automated characterisation and calibration processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across various locations.
- Manage and oversee complex projects across multiple sites.
- Design and execute comprehensive verification and characterisation plans.
- Prototype new technologies and system architectures through experimental design.
- Conduct engineering failure analyses to determine root causes of product issues.
