Functional Workday Specialist

We are looking for a Functional Workday specialist who has around 2-4 years of experience in an HRIS environment, or a consulting equivalent 'looking to switch sides', who is eager to join us in a transformation journey of making people operations smooth and 'invisible'.

Our team is diverse, fosters creativity, doesn't shy away from the occasional operational work and we give room to explore new ways of utilizing Workday for an international company with close to 5000 workers in 11 countries.

We appreciate knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas and aspiration to grow in one or two more :

• Workday Advanced Reporting (highly desired)
• Workday Advanced Compensation
• Workday Security
• HR Service Delivery (Operations)
• Talent, Learning or Compensation from a 'group level' (Center of Expertise)
• User enablement / Change Management
