• Develop and implement CMC strategies for pipeline products.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial performance of the CMC department.
• Oversee process efficiency, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, driving personal and professional development.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to align strategic and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee manufacturing and supply chain activities.
