Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement CMC strategies for pipeline products.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial performance of the CMC department.
- Oversee process efficiency, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, driving personal and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to align strategic and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee manufacturing and supply chain activities.
Qualifications :
Advanced degree in biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical chemistry, or a related field.15+ years of relevant experience in pharma / biotech, including early / late-stage manufacturing and regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, NDA / MAA).Strong knowledge of FDA / EMEA regulations and cGMP manufacturing.Experience in rare disease product development, outsourced manufacturing, and sterile drug products is a plus.Proven leadership, organizational development, and mentorship abilities.Benefits :
