As an support engineer, you are responsible forengineering support to the engineering team and / or customers ofthese simulation packages. You understand and communicate the(technical) market needs and requests (acting as an interfacebetween the customer and Product Manager / Engineers / SoftwareDevelopers / Sales Manager.
You willidentify, analyze, and document all defects (software bugs) andoperational characteristics that are inconsistent with desiredfunctionality and specifications.
You willevaluate & respond to product and application defects reportedby customers. After a while, you will also performtechnical trainings both in-house and on-site.
Functie-eisen
Youare recently (or about to) graduate for a technical Master degreeor have a few years of work experience.
