As Maintenance Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring that all company equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with both company and regulatory standards.
In this dynamic position, you will oversee the maintenance, storage, and operation of all assets. You’ll develop and implement maintenance procedures and management plans, ensuring equipment reliability and operational excellence. Working closely with various departments, you will also focus on promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement within the organization.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can adapt to change, prioritize effectively, and deliver results while fostering collaboration and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks and duties :
- Managing maintenance plans and ensuring all equipment meets operational, safety, and legislative requirements;
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, including regular inspections and prompt issue resolution;
- Ensuring certification, documentation, and compliance of all company equipment with applicable standards;
- Supervising repair, installation, and maintenance activities to maintain operational efficiency;
- Preparing reports for management, clients, and regulatory bodies, as well as providing input for continuous improvement processes;
- Overseeing safety inspections, site visits, and audits, while delivering regular safety training to strengthen the safety culture;
- Managing maintenance budgets and controlling expenses effectively;
- Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.

What do we expect from you?
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a maritime or industrial setting;Strong knowledge of pumping, filtering, and other equipment maintenance protocols;Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment;A qualification in engineering, facility / maintenance management, or a related field is preferred;A solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment procedures;Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and foster collaboration;Proficiency in report writing and budget management;Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English;A hands-on, proactive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Want to know more?
