Are you a strategic partner for your clients, passionate about driving business growth and building long-term relationships? Join us as a Key Account Manager and help our industry-leading clients maximize their success with Cleopatra Enterprise!

As our Key Account Manager , you play a crucial role in expanding business opportunities and strengthening partnerships with our global clients who use our project cost management software, Cleopatra Enterprise. You proactively manage client relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure clients get the most value from our solutions.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Developing and executing strategic commercial account plans will be essential to ensure client satisfaction and business expansion.

You will conduct regular business reviews, customer roadmaps, and evaluations to align our solutions with client needs. Additionally, you will proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges to ensure smooth client experiences. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to optimize customer engagement and deliver tailored solutions.

Your Profile :

  • BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in account management, customer success, or sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate and build relationships across different organizational layers in international corporate environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate complex solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset, customer-focused approach, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Dutch & English is required, and additional languages would be a plus.
