To be able to work as a Logistics Team Leader in Bleiswijk, the following is important :

What will you do

In this role as a Logistics Team Leader, you will lead a process in the distribution center, whether it’s unloading / receiving, stowing / picking, or packing / expedition. Your international team consists of around 30 operators and 2 to 4 team coordinators. Your task is to inspire, motivate and guide your team to achieve goals. You make sure all your team members are happy, but also help them develop in their career. Your colleagues in the Control Room will help you to always stay up-to-date on metrics, ratios and planning. You will propose improvements on the process and also lead performance meetings with the team.
