YOUR TASKS
- You will lead a team of highly skilled recruiters and make sure they work in the most effective way. Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team;
- Build a solid strategic Recruitment Plan for the team and coach them along the way;
- Manage and monitor key recruitment metrics and ensure continuous professionalization of the department;
- Act as the strategic business partner towards our HR Director and other internal stakeholders;
- Launch recruitment projects with the purpose to improve processes and attract talent.
YOUR PROFILE
You have extensive experience in the recruitment profession. You also bring solid experience to the table in developing and implementing a recruitment strategy within a corporate environment;You are familiar with the latest trends and developments in recruitment and can apply these in your work;You are a connector who knows how to get people on board in the right surrounding;You are an Analytical Mastermind with good problem-solving skills;Effective communication skills and creative thinking are qualities that reflect you;You preferably have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant direction (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing);You are an expert in the use of various social media channels and recruitment software (Applicant Tracking Systems);Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English.WE OFFER
