Sales Executive

You will play a crucial role in identifying and prospecting potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and actively seeking out new business opportunities. The primary job purpose of a Sales Executive is to drive sales and revenue growth for the company by effectively promoting and selling services to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Actively seeks out and develops new customers.
  • Monitoring / developing / completing CRM system with relevant data / fulfill pipeline targets.
  • Provides consistent interaction with existing customers.
  • Manages sales territory coverage to ensure the level of customer contact required to support the business plan.
  • Trade Lane development with allocated MEC global offices
  • Maintains and builds account relationships.
  • Ensures company products, services, rates, pertinent policies, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
  • Assists in obtaining credit information and performing collection activities as required.
  • Obtains and communicates information about competitive services, products, and pricing.
  • Represents the Company at industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Maintains all information about customers, including all contact information and call reports, accurately and timely in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • A comprehensive knowledge of the forwarding industry, including various modes of transportation, customs regulations, logistics processes, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
