We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and working closely with internal teams to deliver top-notch service. Key Responsibilities :
- Customer & Carrier Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and third-party partners via phone, email, and meetings.
- Issue Resolution : Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Performance Monitoring : Track service quality and performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and forwarders to address issues and enhance service delivery.
- Daily Operations Management : Execute daily tasks in alignment with client SOPs, including shipment tracking and ongoing communication.
- Process Optimization : Identify and contribute to continuous improvements in service processes for greater efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications :
