Role :

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Commercial Operations Representative, where you will be responsible for the administration and submission of all quotations, public tenders and contract management of a designated sales region within EMEA territory. In this role, you will be working closely with Sales, Finance and Quality on a daily basis and you will be reporting directly to our Sales Operations Manager.

Location : Netherlands / Germany – Remote

How you will contribute to ASP :

  • Manages application of tenders, requests for quotations, and any other ad-hoc commercial support activities
  • Drives the development of tender responses in close cooperation with Commercial, Finance, Quality and Regulatory departments
  • Manages all relevant administrative documents
  • Works with CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting systems (Incorta, Power BI) to track and capture customer related actions
  • Manages and resolves operational pricing discrepancies in cooperation with Commercial and Customer Service teams
  • Maintenance and follow up of expiring regional customer contracts

What will make you thrive in this role :

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Commercial supporting functions preferably within medical industry
  • 2+ years Public tender experience (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills and digital literacy
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP is a plus)
  • Thrives on detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and German
