Our client who is an expert in retail market for affordable and well designed smart safety, lighting and home appliances located in Tilburg.

Functieomschrijving

  • You form the link between (international) sales teams, the various warehouses and the carriers.
  • Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the correct performance of the service providers.
  • You are responsible for planning and supervising the release of sales orders to the warehouse. You also take care of the administrative settlement (booking) and report the ready goods to the recipient and / or transporter.
  • You maintain an overview of the outgoing pallet / parcel shipments.
  • You support your colleagues in planning incoming containers.
  • In the event of unforeseen events in the process, you immediately contact your colleagues (internal) and the service providers involved (external).
  • You work on logistical issues together with your colleagues; such as customer specific promotions or projects.
  • Based on analyses, you come up with improvement proposals and support the implementation of these developments.
  • Profiel

  • You have completed an MBO or HBO education in the field of Supply Chain;
  • You have gained experience in a logistics environment in a commercial organization. No work experience, but experience gained from internships? Don't worry, we are also happy to welcome recent graduates!
  • You have an affinity with warehousing and overland transport and / or experience with overseas transport and the associated document flows.
  • You have good communication skills.
  • You keep an overview and have a great sense of responsibility.
  • You are a go-getter and work organized in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a good command of English language, spoken and written.
  • Prefreably Excel skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • You are available 40 hours a week.
