Acting as a central point of communication, you will connect and collaborate with customers, the sales team, technicians, logistics, production, and procurement teams. Your primary objective is to ensure exceptional service delivery and consistently achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address requests promptly for the German market
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes.
- Provide support to the field sales team.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and suppliers via phone and email regarding orders, queries, deliveries, and installations.
- Organize and manage administrative tasks related to store installations, including order processing, scheduling installation teams, and ensuring project completion.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to handle export documentation and outbound shipments.
- Provide additional assistance to the logistics team when needed.
- Monitor accounts receivable, manage overdue payments, and handle reminder processes.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to orders or deliveries, including documenting and tracking Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs).
